UNDFTD x fragment design x Converse
UNDFTD and fragment design have both hooked up with Converse in the past, although when that went down it was independent of any involvement from each other. So did Eddie Cruz recently bump into Hiroshi Fujiwara in the halls of the All Star HQ or what? While that probably isn’t exactly how it went down, either way we can tell you that the trio is has something in the works. So far the details are minimal, but expect them to be of the Chuck Taylor persuasion and predominantly red. Segmenting off its Spring/Summer 2012 collection into monthly installments, Club Monaco unveils its latest comprehensive lookbook for the forthcoming seasons. Shot in Palm Springs, California, the pictorial embodies a sophisticated, laid-back aesthetic effectively promoting the label’s playful patterns and unassuming color palette. Muted chromatic hues maintain a strong presence throughout the menswear arrangement. Chambrays button-ups, linen trousers, soft cotton jackets, and a range of cotton knitwear round out the collection. The collection will begin its rollout through April, May and June 2012 at all Club Monaco doors.

Italian eyewear purveyor SUPER recently worked with the Elton John AIDS Foundation on this limited run of sunglasses. Zeiss lenses are featured on this pair alongside a layer of Italian white leather covering the frame matched with matte silver arms. Signature markings adorn the sunglasses, which are set to sell exclusively at the EJAF White & Tiara Ball auction in June 2012. The charity looks forward to adding to the over £40 million it has already contributed toward the fight against AIDS.

Lost In Trainslation
The Nike SB Benelux team took a two week trip by train across Europe. Starting in Amsterdam they then made their way to Vienna, Budapest, Sofia, and finally Istanbul, stopping in each city to get some great footage. One of the best sequences throughout the video arguably features riders Tim Zom, Niell Brown, Jarne Verbruggen, and Kevin Tshala , skating a metal mini ramp in the city of Sofia.
